Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Sanibel, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
FILE NO.: 18239-C-1 This project is located along Bay Drive fronting San Carlos Bay on Sanibel Island. The work consists of concrete repairs, guardrail repairs and deck resurfacing repairs to the Bay Drive Bridge/Box Culvert structure. Bid Bond Required No Pre-Bid Conference. For questions please contact Scott Krawczuk at scott.krawczuk@mysanibel.com Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on a standard proposal form. Each proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Sanibel, or an acceptable Bidders Bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish an acceptable Surety Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (l00%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within a period of sixty (60) days following the date set for receiving proposals. The City of Sanibel re!serves the right to hold any and all bids for a period of not more than sixty (60) days and said bids shall be and remain valid and in full force and effect during said period. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities.
