Description

Earthworks and civil works including excavation/stripping (and/or horizontal directional drilling), backfill, grading, manhole chamber construction, pipe and flow meter placement, and compaction for installation of a leachate forcemain pipe at the Newell Regional Landfill to integrate with existing landfill cell leachate riser pipes and pumps, directing pumped leachate to east and west terminus storage ponds. The Newell Regional Landfill is located 1.6 km north of Highway 1 on Highway 36, approximately 6 km west of Brooks, Alberta.
