Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brooks, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
Minimum Scope of work would be as follows: Pre-deployment discovery of existing of all Mitel controllers, associated servers, and phone programing Build new controllers Connections to multiple virtual and physical SIP servers (MBG) with fail over capabilities Working with existing Telecom (Shaw) to troubleshoot any issues that arise as result of the deployment Connection to the Mitel Mi Collab VM for voice mail services Apply licensing to new controllers Convert database(s) to release 9.X Apply database(s) to new controllers Pre-deployment testing Onsite deployment of new controllers (2) Cut-over to new controllers after hours (after 8pm) to minimize disruption to staff Removal and disposal of old controllers (5) Remove network connectivity from failover controllers Change secondary network element on IP sets Full functional test Test failover capabilities Remove failover controllers from service And any other steps required to bring the new system back to a pre-deployment operation status
