Project may commence sooner at the discretion of the District. All work shall be completed by July 22, 2022 as agreed upon in the project schedule. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond (executed by the Bidder as principal and surety as obligor), in the form and content attached hereto, for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid, made payable to the order of the Hesperia Unified School District ("Bid Security"). The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding process.
