The Furlow Charter School Governing Board (FCS) is requesting sealed bids for purchase, delivery, and installation of one modular classroom complex, as specified within the documents Final Date for Written Questions March 31, 2022 Award Date April 19, 2022 Start Date April 20, 2022 Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid shall be directed to: Stephanie Duff at sduff@furlowcharter.org. No phone calls will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Award of bid will be based on the bid prices, delivery and set-up schedule, references, and past performance of bidder with projects of comparable scope, bidder responsiveness, complexity, and time restraints. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bids are opened. All bids shall be submitted on the provided bid form. A Contractor Affidavit (E-Verify) must be submitted with bid form for the bid to be considered. Bids must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of security. No personal checks, cashier's checks, certified checks or cash will be accepted in lieu of the bid bond Performance and payment bonds amounting to 100 percent of the contract sum will be required. All bonds shall be written by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, listed on the Federal Register and acceptable to owner. Bidder may use surety companies bond form.
