Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project will include construction of pavement widening in two locations. The first is located in the south leg of the intersection of S. 64th Street and Mills Civic Parkway and includes the addition of a dedicated right turn lane and through lane. The second is located along Mills Civic Parkway, located just west of Stagecoach Drive and includes a dedicated right turn lane. Pavement widening will include modification to the existing storm sewer system and modifications of sidewalk to accommodate the new pavement.
