Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct 2.0 million gallon elevated water storage tank, including excavation, backfill and site work, concrete and granular surfacing, buried piping, fencing, seeding, deep foundation, steel fluted support column, steel water storage tank, painting, plumbing, heating and ventilation, miscellaneous equipment, lighting, electrical, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. For consideration by The Board of Trustees of the West Des Moines Water Works at its meeting on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Site Directions: Site Address 2184 SE Adams Street. From Iowa Highway 5 and Veterans Parkway, head South on Veterans Parkway 0.8 miles to SE Orilla Road, then head south on SE Orilla Road 0.4 miles to the project site. A prebid Meeting will not be held. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
