The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is seeking a Contractor(s) to provide signage services for furnish and installation to ensure an easily navigable campus for visitors, students, faculty and staff to move easily. It is the intention of this RFP to award a contract in whole to one contractor or individually to the Top 3 to 4 Contractors to provide complete services for a three (3) year period from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2025, with the option of two (2) 1-year contract extensions Proposals for the above contract will be received in the Office of the Executive Director of Procurement Services, via upload in the Unimarket eProcurement system until 2:00PM prevailing time on the RFP Date as indicated above. Companies looking to participate must send a request for the package to the Office of Procurement Services on or after March 8th, 2022 by emailing bidsrfps@njit.edu. Telephone calls will not be accepted. "Pursuant to NJSA 52:32-44, vendors providing goods or services must be registered with the NJ Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue." "Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27". No Contractor may withdraw his/her proposal, within (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
