The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District is seeking quotations for one thousand (1,000) of Air Stones. 1) See descriptions, graph and drawing listed in Line Items below. 2) See attached Drawing and District standard purchase order Terms and Conditions. 1) All quote responses must be submitted online through BidSync. Mail or email submittals will not be accepted. Q & A deadline: Mar 17, 2022 7:00:00 PM EDT. 2) All line items must indicate a price or clearly show No Charge, Included, etc. Do not leave the line item blank or input zero . 3) Vendor shall submit current printed literature and / or technical data. Printed literature, quotations or other required documentation shall be submitted electronically through the Vendor Notes for Offer "function. 4) Vendors quoting an equal shall note in writing any functional differences to the specified products including exceptions to the specified features and accessories. 5) When order is placed, supplier will need to provide an electronic report with test results confirming the DWP aligns with the provided graphs and an effective permeability rating of 20 +/- 2 6) F60 diffuser disk for wastewater with permeability of 20 +/- 2. 7) DWP and permeability testing on 10% of the ceramic diffusers. 1) Specify lead time for shipment of products. 2) Delivery shall be considered "FOB District - Martinez CA" unless a price is included for the Item 2 "Delivery". The line item must indicate a price or clearly show "No Charge", "Included", or other. Please do not leave the line item blank or input zero . Do not include sales tax in the quoted items. The District will include the applicable sales/use tax amount in the purchase order to the awarded vendor. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest priced, most responsive and responsible vendor meeting the specifications and the requirements of this request. Brand names and model numbers, if specified in this request, are for reference and descriptive purposes only. Quotations for equal items will be considered provided the information submitted meets the submission requirements indicated under QUOTE SUBMISSION, item #4 above. The determination as to which brand and product is an equal shall be the decision of the District.
