The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for roadway is experiencing deterioration and rehabilitation is needed. The following will occur -2" pavement milling, bituminous concrete pavement; bituminous concrete patching; 2" Superpave Type C; ADA improvements; PCC curb and sidewalk; pavement markings.
