The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for purchase of one (1) Lot of Cisco Network Equipment OEM for the Kent County Information Technology Department (KCIT). Maintenance items all maintenance line items listed in exhibit a shall begin no earlier than the delivery date of the equipment, unless otherwise specified. Inquiries a pre-submission conference will not be held for this solicitation. If additional information is needed, please utilize the inquiry blog posted with the solicitation. Performance bond each contract over $50,000 must be accompanied by a payment bond, payable to the owner (county of kent) and in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the funding agency, for the faithful performance of the contract. Kent County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to award to the Respondent whose response is deemed most advantageous to Kent County. Where price is a consideration, schedules, completion date, and life cycle costs will be utilized in evaluating this award. Kent County reserves the right to request additional information it may deem necessary after the submissions are received as part of the evaluation process.
