Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Slidell, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of May 23, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded and are still accepting subcontractor pricing, however a timeline for construction and a project manager have not been established. For further information in regards to submitting subcontractor pricing, please contact the general contractor. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to bid award. Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal This project is funded with federal grant funds. All applicable Federal, State, Local laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract throughout. All proposals, bids and applications are welcomed. The city encourages participation by Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms. The City of Slidell reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
