Renovation of an educational facility in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Estimated Construction Cost: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 Project Description The project scope includes, but is not limited to; replacement of lighting fixtures and lighting controls in R1 North Hensel Phelps West Auditorium P18-1006 and East Classroom P18-1000. Lighting will be retrofitted or replaced with new LED fixtures. The new lighting control system for these two spaces will utilize nLight lighting controls. Scope of Services The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is using a design/bid/build delivery approach from the University's Small Construction Purchase Program contractors.
