Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Zion, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project scope consists of the complete re-roof of the 88,000 s.f. building. New Owner supplied metal roof will be installed over existing asphalt shingle roofing. New Owner supplied fully adhered single-ply membrane roofing will be installed over existing low slope builtup-roof system. The work will be performed under a single stipulated sum contract. As a municipal school district, the project will be subject to the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/) arici the Local Government Prompt Payment Act (50 ILCS 505/) ' Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days from the bid date.
