Obtaining the Bidding Documents In order to participate, bidders must register as a vendor with the City's eProcurement system. The Project includes the following Work: This project provides natural bank stabilization for approximately 100 feet of steam along the Arkansas Drive between E. Oak Street and E. Ash Street. The work includes the installation of gabion wall, concrete tie-back beam, gabion mattress, turf reinforcement erosion control matting, hydromulching and Seeding. All questions shall be submitted through the eProcurement system. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
