Dobbs Building West Elevation Sealant Replacement Project Location: 430 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh North Carolina The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. This work includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to integrate the work outlined in this project manual into the total building system such that no leakage into the system occurs. In general, the scope of work in the Base Bid will include: 1. West Elevation a. Patch and repair all damaged, spalled, and deteriorated stone panels, perform "Dutchman" repair. Adjust existing support system, as required, to ensure all panels fit flush and meet the original designed condition. b. Remove and replace sealant joints between existing stone veneer panels and joints between window framing and stone veneer panels
