The bids shall provide the cost for furnishing all necessary equipment, materials, labor, related services, permit fees and complying with all related Federal (EPA, OSHA, HUD), State and Local regulations for the following: Base Bid (Lump Sum) Work involves but is not limited includes furnishing all labor and equipment necessary to perform general landscape maintenance at seven (7) Raleigh Housing Authority properties. Maintenance will include spring and summer maintenance of lawns, including mowing and edging to maintain property appearance. Fall and winter maintenance will include leaf removal, shrub trimming and lawn maintenance as necessary to prepare for winterization. The Raleigh Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Raleigh Housing Authority prohibits discrimination in any manner on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability or sexual orientation and will pursue an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting and conducting business with woman and minority-owned enterprises. The bidder must include completed minority or women-owned subcontract documentation (form(s) regardless of the bid amount or the bids may be considered non-responsive and invalid.
