The City of Nashua, NH, is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors for transporting and processing single stream recyclables from the Four Hills Landfill The City, through the Mayor, who is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest. Deadline for Vendor Questions Tuesday, March 8, 2022, 10:00 am Vendor Question Answers Posted Thursday, March 17, 2022, 4:00 pm The term of the contract will be for three (3) years. The contract will commence on July 1, 2022 and terminate on June 30, 2025, unless extended by amendment. Each year is subject to annual budget appropriations and at the City of Nashua's sole discretion. A separate/amended purchase order shall be issued for each year of the contract.
