Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in WDM, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: The project is generally described as the installation of a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon signal at the intersection of 52nd Street and E.P. True Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa. The project includes mast arm signals, conduit, hand holes, sidewalk, pavement, curb and gutter, surface restoration, construction survey and other miscellaneous work needed to complete the project. The City Council of West Des Moines, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, and Estimate of Costs for the construction of said improvements at their meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 5:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines. At said hearing, any interested person may appear and file objections thereto or to the cost of the improvements.
