Site work for a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to construct concrete foundations at the LES W. Holdrege Substation as per LES Specifications S-22-06 included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/15/2022 4:00 PM
