Renovation of a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Location - Terry Bundy Generation Station. 7707 Bluff Road Lincoln, NE Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and permits, for the installation of a sprinkler system, as per LES Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. Clarification Deadline - 3/31/2022 4:00 PM The scope of this work is for the materials, labor, equipment, and permits, for the installation of a sprinkler system on the second floor of the Administration Building. Contractor is required to meet all local, and state codes governing the installation and design of the sprinkler system.
