This project is for HMA improvements for Clearwater Ave. from Ridgeline Drive to Steptoe St. intersection. Work will involve planing (grinding), HMA overlay, patching of miscellaneous failed areas, concrete sidewalk ramp upgrades, pavement lane striping, cross walks, stop bars, markings, cast-in-place traffic curbing and other related work. Certain components of this work shall be completed at night to minimize disruptions to traffic.
