**As of May 26, 2022, project was awarded to Ellison Earthworks, awarded amount is $460,390.11.** This project involves storm drainage improvements to address drainage and flooding issues located within Ohrt's Subdivision. Said improvements will more specifically occur on W. 37th Ave., S. Buntin Loop, S. Waverly St., and S. Anderson St. Work will consist of the installation of 10-inch, 12-inch, and 18-inch storm drain mainlines, storm drain structures, and service lines along with modifications to existing drywells and one manhole. Also included will be the removal of existing catch basins and storm service pipes. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. For questions or additional information, please call 509-585-4287.
