Pacific Ave., and Yew St. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation, temporary stream diversion, stormwater facilities, embankment construction, stone column ground improvements, geotechnical instrumentation, retaining walls, bridge, water line, irrigation system, erosion control, landscaping, paving with HMA, curb/gutter, sidewalk, traffic control, pavement marking, permanent signing, illumination system. Site Directions: The new Hazel Street grade separation project is located near the intersection of S. Pacific Avenue and Hazel Street in Kelso, WA. Est. Value: $ 21,500,000.00 Est.
