Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kelso, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.
Removal and replacement of existing water heater, domestic circulation pumps, piping, & associated electrical. The project is funded using Federal funds and therefore fall under Davis Bacon wage requirements. Any questions asked on site, will be recorded and answered via published addendum. No contractor may withdraw his bid after the hour and date set for the submittal thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the proposal submittal date. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities
