Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Schenectady, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Procure and install a "Clivus multrim Inc." prefabricated Model M54W Trailhead Composting Toilet System/Structure in accordance with the specification sheets and installation manual. The structure shall be ADA compliant, ventilation by a DC 12V 100 cfm fan and the toilet shall be waterless. The contractor shall provide all upfront prrequisites necessay for preparation of shipment arrival, drainage beneath the compost tank and engineers' testing and soils report prior to excavation.
