Requests for Qualifications for Architectural Services Associated with the City of Dalhart, TX Emergency Response Center The City of Dalhart (City) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Qualifications (rfq) from qualified architectural firms interested in providing professional services in connection with the design and renovations to the Emergency Response Center, which will house Police, Fire and EMS. The services for this project will include but not limited to the finalization of the Emergency Response Center space allocations and layout, preliminary design, and cost estimations; final design, preparation of specifications for bidding; bidding; review and project oversight including review and approval of contractor invoices for payment. In summary, the City intends to move forward with the selected firm for the completion of documents and all other steps necessary for the completion of this project. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the rfq. The city reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and to waive informalities. The rfq is available on the Citys web site electronically or may be obtained from Melissa Byrne Vossmer, Interim City Manager at City Hall at the above address. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
