Site work and paving for a road / highway in Monroe Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

All bid proposals for both contracts must be submitted on online and must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Monroe Township Supervisors, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. There will be MO Pre-bld meeting for Contract 02-2022 Township Bituminous Seal Coat Project. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the Questions feature within online. Bid results for Contracts 01-2022 and 02-2022 wiii be available on online riday, March 18, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. All bids will be reviewed and awards will take place at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Monroe Township Supervisors on Tuesday, March 22, 2021 at 7:30 P.M. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept and/or reject ail or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
