The Town of Secretary is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to undertake a system-wide replacement of its existing water meters. Proposals will be rated based on a comprehensive review of the firm s understanding of the project, stated approach, qualifications of the firm and the individuals assigned to the project, expertise and experience with similar projects and resources available to provide the services required in a timely fashion. Scope and form of the proposals must be followed and details may be obtained from the Town Hall. Incomplete proposals or those that do not address specific requirements or provide required information will be rejected. Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate and submit proposals for this project and associated work. All questions regarding the RFP and project must be received by the close of business, 2:00 PM local time on March 25, 2022, one week prior to the proposal submission deadline and submitted via email to townofsecretary@gmail.com
