The Scituate Public School District, Scituate, MA, is accepting bids from General Contractors for the Boys Locker Room Renovation, Scituate High School, 606 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Scituate, MA 02066. The project consists of the demolition of the existing boys' locker room, showers, toilet rooms, and office space; and construction of the new Boys Locker Room including locker room, toilet and shower facilities, team rooms, and associated office space, new windows, fire protection, and MEP work including replacement of the associated rooftop HVAC unit. Award is anticipated for early January for mobilization and work to commence immediately thereafter. Bidders must have a DCAMM certification as General Building Construction. The Scituate Public School District, acting through the Superintendent, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, and to award in the best interest of the District.
