The work consists of replacing exterior lighting at various sites. The contractor shall provide all labor and tools necessary to remove all old front and rear exterior lighting and install new LED lighting at the indicated locations. All work shall be performed by skilled, licensed craftsman and all work shall be done in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards. Contractors are required to visit the site and inspect the property prior to bidding to note any unique conditions, which may affect the implementation of work. The contractor shall replace the front and rear apartment porch lights with 20 watt LED wall packs as well as building exterior wall packs with 90 watt LED wall packs at Oakhurst and Hillcrest. All Lighting, switch covers and apartment identification shall be provided by CKHA. 2 The contractor shall dispose of all old lighting, packaging and debris related to the installation. 3 At Albert C. Harris Apartments and J. Douglas Anderson Apartments the contractor shall be required to install front and rear porch lights only and will be required to install apartment identification numbering and lettering on the doors of the apartments.
