Saving Project...

Site work for a road / highway in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Supply, deliver, and install Item 606 MGS guardrail, and Item 517 Railing (Twin Steel Tube) as indicated in bid documents, and all work all in accordance with the plans, specifications, and bid documents. All work to be completed by November 1, 2022. Each proposal shall also be accompanied by a bid guaranty given in favor of Pickaway County, Circleville, Ohio. The bid guaranty shall be either a bid bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, on any solvent bank for an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid bond and payable to the order of the Pickaway County Commissioners, Circleville, Ohio. If the bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance of his proposal, the bidder shall forfeit to Pickaway County his bid bond. The bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders shall be canceled and returned. Preference on this contract will be given to Ohio products, materials, services and labor. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
