Pkg 033 - Cast-In-Place Concrete Pkg 042 - Masonry Pkg 051 - Structural Steel Pkg 061 - General Trades Pkg 064 - Interior Finish Carpentry Pkg 072 - Weather Barriers Pkg 075 - Roofing and Sheet Metal Pkg 084 - Aluminum Entrances and Storefronts Pkg 092 - Metal/Wood Studs-Drywall-Ceilings Pkg 096 - Floor Coverings and Tile Pkg 097 - Epoxy Flooring Pkg 098 - Acoustical Treatments Pkg 099 - Painting and Coating Pkg 101 - Signage Pkg 210 - Fire Suppression Systems Pkg 220 - Plumbing Pkg 230 - Mechanical Pkg 260 - Electrical Pkg 310 - Earthwork Pkg 329 - Landscaping and Irrigation Contractors providing labor and materials with Bids of $25,000.00 or greater are to submit Bids accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid submitted, and made payable, without condition, to the CMaR. Suppliers are not required to furnish a Bid Security. The Bid Security must accompany each bid required as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract with the CMaR for the work described in the proposal and will furnish performance and payment bonds specified.
