Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Republic, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This is construction for a Fire Station 3. FS-3 will be a new headquarters and training center. The land for the fire station has been purchased because it is adjacent to other city property. This project is years out. Currently the house and barns on the property are being cleared out of left-behind items and the city will use the barns for storage of equipment until construction starts. The project is included in the City of Republic's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 10, 2024, per owner, no progress at all.
