Site work and paving for a road / highway in Reilly Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project will include the overlay of several Township roads. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Bid Documents. The entire project will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Reilly Township or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. PA Prevailing Wages apply to road work contracts in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). If the contract bid price for this project is less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), the attached minimum wage rates are void and will not be part of the contract. This bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11. All submitted bids shall be accompanied with the Public Works Employment Verification Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Requests for clarification are due Friday, March 18, 2022 12:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. However, the award of the contracts may be delayed by required approval of another government agency or closing on the project funding loans. Owner shall reject all bids or award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder within 120 days of the bid opening. Questions must be submitted via online website by Friday, March 18, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Location 1 - Church Street (T-576) from East Pine Street (T-582) to the end of pavement, approximately 787 feet in length and 17 feet (average) in width
