Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Foster City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Project includes demolition, removal of streetlights, concrete sidewalk, ramp and median replacement, hot mix asphalt removal and replacement, installation of new signal and lighting system, signing and striping, traffic control, and water pollution control. Work shall be completed within 180 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. The undersigned Bidder herewith encloses cash, a cashier's check, or certified check of or on a responsible bank in the United States, or a corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do a surety business in the State of California, in form specified in Document 00 2113 (Instructions to Bidders), in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price and made payable to the City of Foster City. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids
