Only Prequalified Bidders can submit bids for this project in the following categories of work: Masonry (ECC $729,000), Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron (ECC $380,000), Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking (ECC $220,000), Roofing & Flashing (ECC $450,000), Glass and Glazing (ECC $29,000), Tile (ECC $47,000), Resilient Floors (ECC $77,000), Painting (ECC $104,000), Acoustical Tile (ECC $50,000), Fire Protection ($228,000), Plumbing (ECC $548,000), HVAC (ECC $1,400,000), Electrical (ECC $1,140,000) Only prequalified General and Trade firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. Owner's Project Manager is The Vertex Companies, Inc. and the Project Designer is Context Architecture, Inc.
