The Heard County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids from Georgia state licensed contractors to complete surface treatment on multiple roads in Heard County. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this contract. Heard County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities. The Owner shall have the right to waive any informality, irregularity, or insufficiency in the proposal procedure and in any bid or bids received and to accept the bid which, in the Owner's sole judgment, is in the Owner's own best interests.
