Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,440-square-foot municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Estimated bid range: $2,700,000 - $3,000,000 For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Hatchery & Beach Shelter. Beach Shelter. The Project will consist of the following components: replace existing streamwater inlet system; demolish existing hatchery building; construct new 2,440 s.f. hatchery office, garage, and incubation building and new beach shelter; and associated site and utility improvements per Plans and Specifications. The Work shall be substantially complete within 261 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed m compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Capital Projects Manager, Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, Kingston, Washing ton. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Contract Provisions. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond payable to the "Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Financing of the Project has been provided by Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, Washington and the National and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award, the Project to any responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the Tribe. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
