Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kingston, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,338-square-foot multi-residential development.
**As of June 30, 2022, project was awarded, . The starting date is sometime within the first week of July.** Project No-2020-0549 The contract consists of work to be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto and generally described as follows: a. Construction of a new supportive housing community to include: (4) 2,380 square loot Apartment Buildings, (7) 686 square foot Single Family Homes, (4) 1,140 square foot Duplex Buildings totaling a residential square footage of 20,400 square feet along with a Community Center that totals 3,338 square feet. Preference will be given to the lowest qualified bid. Port. Gamble S'Klallam Tribe reserves the right to accept any proposal deemed to be in the interest of the tribe, to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal, to re solicit for new proposals as deemed necessary by the tribe, or not to award any contract at all. The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe :reserves the right to award a contract based on the proposal expected to be most beneficial to the tribe based on qualifications and cost.
