The contract consists ofwork to be completed within 275 calenda r days from the Notice to Proceed, and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto and generally described as follows: a. Renovation of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe's existing 3,900 square foot Wellness Center building to house the Tribe's courtroom and associated court staff offices along with a portion of the associated site and parking; lot. The existing Wellness Center to be renovated is located at 7550 Little Boston RD NE Kingston, WA 98346. The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe reserves the right to accept any proposal deemed to be in the interest of the tribe, to waive any minor irregularities m any proposal, to re-solicit for new proposals as deemed necessary by the tribe, or not to award any contract, at all. The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe reserves the right, to award a contract based on the proposal expected to be most beneficial to the tribe based on qualifications and cost. *P & L General Contractors Inc. request bids by December 14, 2021 at 1:30 pm*
