Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The engineers construction estimate range for this Project is $ 4,430,000 to $ 5,170,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Proposals shall be submitted only on the forms provided with the bid documents and all bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal, all as set forth in the Contract Documents. One hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, except as may be provided in the Contract Documents. Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe. The right is reserved by the Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe City to postpone the award for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening. The Contractor will be required to comply with all local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunities. The Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
