Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to Aura Chambers, Project Coordinator of Capital Programs for North Kitsap School District The Proposed Improvements scope of work includes but is not limited to the existing 1.69 acres of the upper southern playfield. Improvements include the installation of an underdrain system in the play field area south of the main building, an asphalt walk-in.g path around the play field. along with a new concrete accessible ramp at the north end of the play field. Access to the project site is restricted. Contractors should expect to sign in with the attendance sheet upon arrival.
