Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Gordon Elementary School - Replacement of water source heat pumps, water heaters, branch hydronic piping connections at heat pumps, cooling tower, system pumps, electric boiler, return fans, control system and site work (including enclosure) to accommodate the New cooling tower (and alternate Heat Pump Chiller) location. Installation of new heat pump chillers, chiller site pad is an alternate. A. surety company bid bond on form acceptable to owner shall accompany each bid for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject, any or all bids and to waive as an informality any irregularities in the bids received. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the receipt thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
