For IFB - Water Main Improvements, Birch Rd, Fairview St & Farmington Ave Estimated Cost $1,020,000 5% bid deposit with bid, 100% payment & performance bond with contract. Not a state funded project, no prequal required. Prevailing Wage. Town reserves right to reject any & all bids, wiave informalities & award in its best interest. The work consists of the installation of 3580+/- linear feet of new 8-inch diameter ductile iron water main, hydrants, house services, and appurtenances on Birch Road, Fairview Street & Farmington Avenue. Project completion shall be 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
