Site work for a civil project in McKinney, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

This project will include installing approximately 26 miles of fiber optic conduit, wire, and appurtenances along the 72-inch Texoma Raw Water Pipeline from the Texoma Raw Water Pump Station to the Howe Balancing Reservoir. This shall include all required survey, access requirements, and utility coordination. This project is located at Texoma Pump Station, along the pipeline, to Howe Balancing Reservoir. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Install Owner provided products and place in operation. 7. Drawings and specifications do not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer.
