Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in McKinney, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Earthwork Improvements, including demolition and removal of an existing house, septic system, and asphalt driveway, approximately 9,300 CY of unclassified excavation, and other miscellaneous related items and appurtenances, all as per NCTCOG and Owners Geotechnical Engineers specifications to serve 180 lots on approximately 39 acres. The project is located South and West of the intersection of CR 412 & CR 409 in City of McKinney ETJ, Collin County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
