The project consists of clearing and grubbing, approximately 225 CY of class 10 earthwork, 2,800 SY of subgrade preparation and modified subbase, miscellaneous utility adjustments, pavement and sidewalk removals, 2,410 SY of PCC pavement, 250 SY of PCC sidewalk, together with traffic control, pavement markings, seeding, erosion control, and related work. Sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated at 1:00 P.M. on April 5, 2022 in Greehey Family Student Success Center Room 133 for consideration by the Iowa Central Community College board of Directors at its meeting on April 12, 2022.
