All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:00 pm on March 18, 2022. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 4:00 pm on March 22, 2022. ender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA), the national Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). For contracts valued at $100,000 or higher (including all fees, expenses, and options to extend or renew), suppliers must provide a Tax Verification Letter before the contract is signed. Tax Verification Letters can be obtained from the Ministry of Finance's eTaxBC portal at no cost. Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid. The term of the contract will be from April 1st, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
The term of the work will be from approximately April 15th, 2022 to November 15th, 2022.
The successful Contractor shall be required to have a pre-work meeting with the Ministry Representative to review the contract prior to commencement of the work. Any subjects discussed and decisions made at the prework conference shall form an integral part of the Contract. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
