Maintain and operate one (1) Gold River area Recreation Site: 1. Muchalat Lake Recreation Site REC0188 The ministry invites proposals from parties interested in maintaining and operating Muchalat Lake Recreation Site located ~15 kms north west of Gold River, BC. The main objective of the project is to: . Maintain this recreation site as a public asset . Provide for a rustic recreational experience while utilizing safe, sanitary, socially acceptable, and environmentally sound practices . Maintain and operate Miller Creek Recreation site to provincial recreation site standards . Enter into a formal Partnership Agreement with the successful proponent *see Appendix A "Specimen" Partnership Agreement . Use an agreement to formalize the partnership . Maintain the recreation site as self-sufficient with user fees covering the cost of maintenance, operation, and upgrades Proposals submitted by email must be submitted to Campbell River District Office: Forests.CampbellRiverDistrictOffice@gov.bc.ca in accordance with the instructions at Section 2.3 of this RFP.
